The Cabin Crew Administrator supports the Manager Inflight Services in administration of the Cabin Crew team.

This position has the responsibility for ensuring all administrative business is managed professionally and efficiently.  This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, professional presentation and a “can-do” attitude.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager Inflight Services.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with Airnorth’s policies and procedures.
  • Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Update filing, both electronically and manually.
  • Keep records, registers, and reports up to date.
  • Distribute, submit, follow-up, upload and file various records and files.
  • Ensure safe, secure and compliant cabin crew operations are conducted, taking a pro-active approach to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Revise departmental manuals and documentation.
  • Coordinate uniform requests.
  • Prepare cabin crew rosters are prepared in a timely manner and compliant with regulatory, industrial and company rules.
  • Perform cabin crew personnel administration tasks including purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, travel, payroll, leave, crew records, etc.
  • Produce reports for rostering/sickness.

Qualifications Essential

  • Minimum one (1) years’ experience in an office administration environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of office administration practices and principles.
  • High level confidentiality and probity skills.
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve within an office environment.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office, including Excel / Word / Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability in report writing & drafting written communications.
  • Experience with maintaining computerised data bases.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with ability to achieve deadlines.
  • Demonstrated communication/customer service skills – written & verbal.
  • Timely and accurate data entry skills.
  • Eligible to hold and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card

Qualifications Desirable

  • Aviation Industry experience.
  • Experience in customer service
