About the Role:
We are seeking a full time HR Coordinator based in our newly opened Perth office. Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate administrative coordination and HR Generalist support to managers and employees at Airnorth.

- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability in report writing and drafting written communications.
Essential Requirements:
- Completed or working towards a Tertiary education in HR.
- Previous experience in HR.
- Sound understanding of the employment lifecycle.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- High attention to details and organisational skills.
- Ability to hold Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
Desired Requirements:
- Aviation experience.
- Workday/iConnect experience.
