Client Experience Officer

We are looking for highly motivated and friendly individuals to come onboard as Client Experience Officers in our Kununurra office.

As a Client Experience Officer, you are the first point of contact in ensuring our clients have an amazing time on our wide range of bucket list experiences in the East Kimberley. From scenic flights to the Mitchell Falls to exciting waterfall helicopter adventures or guided walks through the Bungle Bungle Range, our award-winning companies are highly regarded as some of the best in Western Australia.

Why Join Us?

We are a close-knit team who work in an environment of trust. Our dynamic and ever-changing workplace means each day is different. If you enjoy a fast-paced and collaborative work environment, interacting with a broad range of clientele and creating once in a lifetime travel experiences, then get in touch. Our team is vibrant and welcoming and goes beyond the workplace with many social and adventure opportunities outside office hours.

Experience the amazing Kununurra lifestyle, with some of the best of the Kimberley right at your doorstep. Waterfall chasing, boating, fishing, camping and hiking are just some of the ways to spend your spare time. There is a strong sense of community in the town and plenty of opportunities to meet new people and experience life in one of Australia’s final frontiers.

The Role

We are looking for customer-focused, positive individuals who are motivated to manage all aspects of the reservations experience and provide operational support to the fixed wing flights. Your role will have the following key duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain product knowledge of all tours and accommodation offered by Aviair, HeliSpirit, Bungle Bungle Guided Tours, East Kimberley Tours and Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge.
  • Manage booking details with Tour Hosts and drivers in the lead up to departures, ensuring coach and cruise bookings are correctly entered into the respective Reservations systems.
  • Maintain an exemplary level of customer service at all times.
  • Collate and develop daily reports for review.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work without supervision.
  • Approachable and friendly, with a can-do attitude.
