About the role
Aviair is in search of highly skilled Pilatus PC12 pilots to join our growing team. As part of our expanding operations, you’ll enjoy diverse flying opportunities across regional and metropolitan Western Australia. This position primarily involves charter work for our corporate clients, necessitating two flight crew members.
Training is provided through out approved Training and Checking organisation using a combination of synthetic and full motion simulators, which complement a detailed line training program.
Key Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
In addition to flying duties, pilots are expected to assist with the following duties:
- Cleaning of aircraft
- Assisting the operations team as required
- Supporting other pilots with pre- and post-flight duties
- General maintenance of the base
To be successful in this role:
In addition to meeting the minimum experience qualifications, you will need to demonstrate that you have enthusiasm, energy, a high level of personal presentation, and have excellent people and communication skills. You will also have a positive attitude with the ability to be solution focused in challenging situations. The minimum experience and qualifications are as follows:
- CASA CPL (A) or ATPL (A)
- CASA class 1 aviation medical
- 1000 hours total flying
- 750 hours pilot in command
- MEIR or SEIR
- Turbine time highly advantageous
