The TAE group is a leading aerospace engineering service provider and Australia’s leading turbine engine MRO business.
Employing over 300 people across seven Australian operating sites, the TAE group provides aerospace engineering service solutions covering maintenance, manufacturing, overhaul, repair and engineering for turbine engines, passenger and military transport aircraft, fast jets, helicopters, regional aircraft, general aviation and agricultural aircraft.
The TAE group is comprised of three operational businesses;
- TAE Aviation, and
- Masling Industries.
Formed in 2000, the TAE business is the founding operation of the TAE group and operates from RAAF Base Amberley and Brisbane Airport in Queensland and RAAF Base Williamtown in New South Wales.

Formerly Tenix Aviation, TAE Aviation specialises in servicing the regional, general aviation and agricultural markets. TAE Aviation operates from three sites, Adelaide and Parafield Airports in South Australia and Darwin in the Northern Territory.

- Avionics MRO
- Aircraft MRO & Aircraft Component MRO
Now part of the TAE group, Masling Industries specialises in component overhaul and repair of accessories fitted to turboprop and turboshaft engines. These services are undertaken from a purpose built facility at Cootamundra Airport in New South Wales.
