Many reasons for small aviation businesses to be worried about this Bill as it is currently written. No clear guidelines on what flexible work aviation workers can ask for nor how it could ever be applied, and how multi-employer bargaining will affect businesses in our very unique industry. No two businesses are the same, even if they look similar!!
