Elicia grew up in a little place called Goolma near Mudgee in inner New South Wales. Throughout her schooling years Elicia practiced ballet and little athletics both of which saw her travel extensively through regional New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland to compete in events and competitions.
Elicia started a career working for a hotel where she worked in reception and events. Moving forward Elicia further developed her Event skills working as a Corporate Service Manager for a hotel organising and managing corporate conferences and meetings. Working as a Front Office Manager in a 4.5 star hotel Elicia has developed excellent skills in customer service and understands the importance of service needs to members. Most recently Elicia has worked as an Events Manager for Trippas White Group where she organised and managed events ranging from corporate meetings, conventions and banquets with numbers ranging from 10 to 1000 people.
Growing up in regional NSW and having family throughout regional NSW and QLD, Elicia has experienced firsthand the importance of the aviation industry to regional areas. Having family that has required airlifting, though to travel to see family as she now lives in Canberra.
Elicia is looking forward to the next chapter in her career and is excited to bring her extensive events, administration and customer service skills to the role and develop a greater understanding of the regional aviation industry.
